Pretty fresh Oettinger powered T3 Syncro on VW’s stand this weekend at the Technoclassica Apparently sporting a 2.5l WBX engine producing 114bhp. Base engine was a 2.1l “MV” which produced 95bhp from stock.
This is a really, really nice van, just as you would expect!
Is this not the coolest High Top you’ve ever seen? Maybe the bodykit? Maybe the extensive work to the front face of the factory high top, not sure but it just looks “right”.

Stopped for a break on a family jaunt to be met by a nice couple selling year and coffee from their van on the moors between Hebden Bridge and Howarth in West Yorkshire. Can’t think of a more suitable place to stop, can you? 🙂
